Our aim is to have a quick and effective solution of bare tubes, encpsulated flatpack, including TEC lines, fluid filling and cable protectors.
Coil Tubing (CT)
Tala Offshore AS deliver coil tubing (CT) to overcome harsh environment down-hole challenge. CT from 1" - 2 3/8" in Super Duplex material, SAF2507. Typical area of usa is permanent installations like IGLS and Velocity string.
CT has been tested and proved in operation. All test done, with sucsessfull result, according to ASTM A 789 / API 5ST, TR3544 (3.3), NORSOK D-002 (5.2.5) and API 16A.
Stainless steel Butt weld fittings according to ASTM/ASME
Tala deliver seamless wrought fitiings from 1/2" to 14" and welded wroght fitting from 1/2" to 40"
The Schedule range covers 5S to 160S
All fittings are delivered in stainless steel grades ASTM WP304/304L and ASTM WP316/316L (dual marked and certified) according to ASTM A403/ASME SA403, IC according to ASTM A262E and PMI tested
Stainless steel NPT-Threaded fittings according to ASME
Threaded fittings in F304/304L and F316/316L. The forged, threaded fittings are in according to ASTM A 182, ASME B16.11. Unions are according to MSS SP-83
ASME 3000 lbs. threaded fitting are white pickled with hardness according to NACE MR0175, IC according to ASTM A262E and PMI tested
Stainless steel flanges according to ASTM/ASME
ASTM/ASME flanges in several types of stainless steel.
Forged, ASTM A 182, F304/304L or F316/316L (dual marked and certified), ASME B16.5, annealed and fully machined, raised face, smooth finish (125-250 RMS / 3.2-6.3µM) to MSS-SP6, hardness to NACE MR0175 latest edition. IC checked to ASTM A262 E and PMI tested.
All ASTM/ASME flanges are certified according to EN 10204/3.1.
Stainless steel pipe in sizes according to ASTM/ASME
Seamless, stainless pipe in sizes according to ANSI/ASME. Pipe is supplied annealed and pickled in random lengths or cut to fixed lengths in steel grades ASTM 304/304L and 316/316L. Welded pipes are either 100% Eddy Current tested or hydrostatic and expansion tested.
